Saleh’s practice focuses on building effective patent assets that secure our clients’ standing in the marketplace. He has a keen interest in learning about our clients’ business objectives and developing patent portfolios to achieve them.
He brings a diverse background in technology, law and business to serve our clients. Before practicing patent law, Saleh was a Silicon Valley engineer developing microprocessors, mobile phone components and models to simulate device behavior. He has practiced both patent litigation and patent prosecution at top-ranked intellectual property law firms in Silicon Valley and San Diego.
Saleh is an all-around technology enthusiast, having developed domestic and international IP portfolios for clients in a multitude of technology areas, including display devices, wireless communication, Analog and digital circuits, optical devices, medical devices, aviation, artificial intelligence software and hardware components, FinTech, blockchain and encryption technology. In his free time, he enjoys swimming and playing soccer with his children.
