Mr. White has been practicing as an intellectual property attorney for 20 years, with a primary focus on drafting and prosecuting patent applications in mechanical, electrical, and software technologies. He has provided many individuals, start-ups, and small to Fortune 500 size companies with successful results in all stages of domestic and foreign patent prosecution. Mr. White has drafted over 500 patent applications, with an emphasis in hardware, semiconductor manufacturing, mechanical and electronic machines and systems, portable electronic devices, gaming technologies, and software and Internet related processes, among other technologies. He has extensive experience providing strategic patent portfolio planning, management, and evaluation, as well as the negotiation and formation of intellectual property licenses and other related agreements, formal opinions on patents and other intellectual property issues, and trademark prosecution and cancellation proceedings. He has also assisted with patent litigation and appeals in district courts, the ITC, and the Federal Circuit.
